HookDesk offers a premium version through Extension Pay and Stripe. These services handle payment processing on our behalf.

4.1 Extension Pay

We use Extension Pay to manage license purchases for HookDesk. When you purchase a license, Extension Pay may collect the following data:

• Email address (for licensing and payment verification)
• Transaction details (payment status, amount, and date)

HookDesk does not have access to your full payment details (e.g., credit card numbers).

4.2 Stripe

Stripe is used to process payments securely. Their privacy policy can be found here. When purchasing HookDesk Pro via Stripe, the following data may be collected:

• Email address
• Billing details (name, country, and payment confirmation)
• Transaction history for license validation

We do not store or process credit card details directly. Payments are securely handled by Stripe.
